About Me

I now have more than 10 years experience in the field of massage, bodywork and physiotherapy.

After studying a 5 year Masters Degree in Physiotherapy in Poland (including a whole year of Remedial Massage) I have continued to expand my knowledge into; Sports Massage, Manual Therapy and Joint Mobilisations, Thai Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Kinesio Taping, Pregnancy Massage.

I have completed the Shoulder Complex course with Adam Meakins BSc (hons) Sports Science and Physiotherapy.

I have also become a Corrective Exercises Specialist (NASM).

My diverse knowledge and a passion for the therapies make me a unique masseur.
